Outstanding Tiny Desk (“we”, “us”) runs outstandingtinydesk.org, a fan-made AI video generator that turns your photos into parody “desk band” clips. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Photos you upload
Used only to generate your video. We delete photos when your render succeeds, or within about one day if a render fails so you can retry.
Account information
If you sign in: email and basic profile fields from your auth provider (for example Google). Used for credits, My videos, and support.
Generated videos
Stored privately in your account (My videos) so you can download them. We do not publish your videos on our site.
Payment metadata
Processed by our payment partners (for example Creem). We receive order IDs and entitlement status, not full card numbers.
Usage and device data
Logs such as timestamps, errors, and browser type to keep the service secure and reliable. We may use privacy-friendly analytics if enabled.
Cookies and local storage
For session, sign-in, and preferences (for example theme).
We do not use your photos or videos to train public AI models.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, AI video APIs, email, payments), under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.
We use encryption in transit and access controls. No method is 100% secure.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support@astrocarto.org.
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy on this page with a new effective date.
